Initial consultations

Standard initial consultations are scheduled for 60 minutes for therapy and 90 minutes for supervision; these are frequently offered at a preferential introductory rate. In certain instances, an extended 90-minute therapy consultation may be more beneficial. I am available to discuss the most appropriate duration with you prior to confirming your booking.

Therapy sessions

Professional fees for therapy commence at £70 per hour. While most sessions are 60 minutes in duration, specialised trauma processing sessions may extend up to 120 minutes. Comprehensive details on my therapeutic approach are available here. 

Following our initial consultation, we will collaboratively determine the most effective assessment or treatment plan. All associated costs will be transparently discussed and agreed upon before proceeding with further sessions.

Supervision

Supervision for individuals is charged at a base rate of £70 per hour for standard weekday, daytime appointments under a regular contract. For further details on supervision structures, please visit the supervision section.

Organisations and Invoices

Fees for organisational contracts, employer-funded invoices, and specialist consultancy vary based on the scope of work. I invite you to contact me directly to discuss your specific requirements and obtain a tailored proposal. 

When supervision is funded by a third party (such as a charity or corporate employer), rates are adjusted to reflect the number of supervisees, administrative requirements, clinical responsibility, and reporting obligations.

Reports

Reports are frequently required for clinical training qualifications, professional body memberships, or as part of organisational contracts. Similarly, insurance providers or rehabilitation managers may request progress reports for therapy or assessments. 

In such cases, the contents of any report will be discussed with you in advance, and the associated costs are typically billed to the provider. As report requirements vary significantly, please disclose any reporting needs at the outset so they may be included in our initial contract. Generally, report preparation is billed at the standard hourly rate.

Payment terms

  • Payment Method: All private sessions must be settled at the time of booking via bank transfer to confirm the appointment. Please note that I do not accept credit or debit card payments.
  • Premium Sessions: Appointments requested for evenings or weekends are subject to a higher rate and are subject to limited availability.
  • Annual Review: Please be advised that professional fees are reviewed annually each January.
